I toured these apts sometime in feb and loved the layout of them. Tyla, the manager was professional to work with and very informative. She convinced me to move here and I’m excited to see what becomes of it.
I’ve been living here at seven springs sine 2022, so about 4 years now & I’ve had no issues with the complex what so ever. If I call maintenance, they come in a timely manner. Lloyd, (the maintenance guy) is always so helpful. Really goes above & beyond. The community is quiet & for the most part well kept. I always see the same people out working to fix or clean the ground. I always see the young guy that come to pick up the trash work hard, most times alone. I went to visit the property and fell in love with it. Clean quiet and spacious apartment complex. Tyla did an amazing job showing the property along with units. She was very professional and thorough! I can't wait to finish the process and move in!!!
