Just want to THANK everyone in the leasing office for all of their help since I moved in March. Especially Ms. Norman and Ms Harris. They solve all of my concerns expeditiously and with smiles. So glad I found this new HOME!
Management head DaKysha is a joke. She does NOT follow through. She seems to allow anyone to move in here. The community has drastically gone down hill and it’s not ideal for people with standards to live. DaKysha came over to observe the noise due to a complaint and was suppose to come back in 1 week. She never did. She asked for certain things that were provided to her and still…no follow up. Over the last 7 months we have had issues with noise regarding the apartment directly above us not following the lease requirements ... read more

Tyla did an amazing job with helping me choosing Seven Springs as my new home. Y’all need to give her a raise for the outstanding work she does.
I toured these apts sometime in feb and loved the layout of them. Tyla, the manager was professional to work with and very informative. She convinced me to move here and I’m excited to see what becomes of it.
