Lived here for 9 years and recently faced leaking issue with rain POURING into bedroom through the bedroom window. Opened service request June 22 and only July 13 the maintenance first entered unit. That’s 3 weeks of contact emails, calls even escalation to the regional office just to keep hearing that a specialist will come “later this week”. I recently met with Assistant Manager Tra Vail and Manager Da-Kysha Harris to discuss my lease renewal, and they were incredibly helpful in ensuring that my concerns were heard and addressed.
