Stephanie's Holistic Renewal Session is a wonderful combination of first-rate therapeutic massage coupled with other healing modalities such as sound therapy, energy work and stretching. My favorite is the sound bath! Her sessions make me feel lighter and deeply relaxed. The space is beautiful as well.
