called them out for a reefer repair, mechanic showed up then left, one hour later he came back wanted the full hour labour but was not able to do anything with the reefer, they should have informed me before they cant do anything
I didn't know where to start. I'm not going to say no names, but this other shop came out and didn't fix my truck and charged me for parts that wasn't the problem. Seven Sons came to the rescue like Superman without the cape. Towed my truck to their shop, replaced my CPC, Programmed it. And had me on my way with a smile 10 Stars to Seven Son's Many Blessings to you Brothers Y'all Rock
Steve did a great job replacing my radiator especially for a road service call. It was done in a timely manner, no BS about getting parts or slacking off. I was up and running in about 4 hours.
