The staff is very helpful and the coffee is smooth! The actual roast master is on the premises from time to time and offers really helpful suggestions on finding the right blend for you. They also offer gluten free treats which is a huge plus!
This little cafe is a gem. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; the food fresh and delicious. Elias, the most recent barista we had, was the most knowledgeable and conscientious selector I have ever met regarding coffee drinks. And the latte I had was absolutely one of the best… I highly recommend!!
Customer service needs significant improvement. I waited over 10 minutes for a coffee while multiple customers who ordered after me received their drinks first. When I politely asked about my order, I was told there were several drinks ahead of mine, which didn’t reflect what I was seeing. When my order finally came out nearly 15 minutes later, the drink was incorrect and the pastry was overcooked to the point of being inedible.
