Answered the phone for me (twice- feeling lucky), great time, service, and establishment. Fun for the kids too! Price was right with discount too!
I enjoyed the massage and facial very much. The people are nice and professional but it was hell getting an appointment. They NEVER answer the phone. I hate that I had to drive there to make the appointment which I didn't like. It was strange that someone was sitting behind the desk but there was still no one to answer to the phone. (I had my mom to call while I was there and someone at the desk but still no answer). Improve on the phone end and it would be perfect. Once here and being serviced everything is wonderful.
I have been to seven seas spa three times before and it was great, A+. Tonight they get a D on service. While my massage was great, they have really slummed on service. I am finding a new spa
