Bruce from sales was fantastic! He was always willing to answer questions we had no matter when or how many times we asked. Kevin and his installation crew were super nice and worked quickly. When we had a leak in the liner as it was filled, they quickly rectified the situation by getting a new one as quickly as possible. After reading the other review about wrinkles, I hope we don’t have issues as there are quite a few of them. First, I would like to say that my wife and I have enjoyed our pool. The people who came and put it in were extra nice and helpful for the information they provided. What I am very disappointed in was the footprints and wrinkles in the liner on the bottom of the pool. The footprints and indents were evident from the very first time we used the pool. Update: unfortunately I have to change my Google review until my brother and sis in law get something resolved with their hot tub that is under warranty. Grease is coming out internally and Seven seas won't do anything about it. It is literally black grease and they are saying it came from an external source, my brother isn't a mechanic that gets in with grease on him. Then it was they lost the contract with bullfrog. Idk who bullfrog is but they spent a pile of money at seven seas and it needs to be handled so they can use ... read more
