The office staff and doc at seven seas are wonderful. After reading the other reviews on here I have a hard time believing these and maybe most of the Ill experience wasn't all the offices fault. As the office is open on Saturdays I feel like it's totally understandable why they would decide to close on Wednesday, everyone, even a dentists deserves to have 2 days off a week. I had an appointment that I waited a while for but when I went in they decided to tell me their suction cups weren't working, they rescheduled and never called for a reminder and Maryann tells me that they didn't have to it's just a courtesy! Made an appointment for next acaible which was about a month a half later and when I called in I was told I already missed the appointments I told them I made them a while ago I thought I'd get a phone call and she telling me they called (which they didn't!) and said I have a history of... read more
I have an autistic son, and the staff were extremely accommodating. In particular, Dr. Brown is absolutely wonderful and patient, and for the first time, my children look forward to going to the dentist.
We went to seven seas because we are patient's at sunshine orthodontics. They had us pay estimated cost at time of service even though we have insurance. Their estimate was wrong on every visit. To high. They would then owe us money and be slow about the refund. They also billed my insurance for pulling 2 teeth from my son when they pulled 1. This estimate was never refunded. Their story to defend it has changed several times. I do not recommend them due to their billing practices
