Very disappointed with the horrible service we had today for our Mothers Day Brunch! We chose the buffet n we were shocked that they actually added in 15% gratuity on a buffet! Maybe they don't realize industry standards! Had to ask & wait for everything like water, coffee, plate clearing, desserts & check. My opinion you don't deserve 5% or a dollar a person! Doubt we will ever be back again.
My family and I have been coming to Seven Seas for over 10 years for Mother's Day and the food is always amazing and the service is spectacular! Can't wait til our next visit!!
