Poor review from a Tamaya resident so you don't get duped into building here. ICI Homes doesn't care about your preferences once your contract is signed, and they forget you exist once you give into the pressure to give them a high survey review score.
Great experience buying a home with ICI Homes. Everyone was very helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend dealing with Barbi and Justin.

I don't even get the couple of complaints I saw that were bad. I'll tell you this, we waited a long time to pick a builder and a community. ICI in Seven Pines to be specific. I am 50 years old and I have never had this kind of treatment, reactions or relationship with such an amazing group of people that I have with ICI. Every once in awhile it's inevitable that something falls through the crack, but with Justin(builder) Jacque(Warranty) and John (bossman) I have never felt better about spending a million dollars on anything... read more
