Very nice, beautiful new houses.
ICI was great! We love our new home and the neighborhood! The location and quality is so good! They were so helpful and flexible with our needs and helped us move in before our due date for our daughter! Barbi in the sales office is the best and Tres our builder was great as well!
Seven Pines is quickly growing into a great community. We have been in our new Duval model home for a bit over 2 months now and have finally settled in. Travis, our builder, has been excellent in resolving any issues we have found with the home. We are now under ICI homes 2/10 warranty and are receiving the same service from Alan and John the Manager. We are looking forward to the new club house to be completed and to meet our new neighbors. We bought a $1.5 million house in Tamaya and had an irrigation pipe leak 10 days after replacing it by iCI .ICI doesn’t want to take the responsibility for it as it is not covered under 2–10 year warranty and doesn’t want to reimburse the cost. People who are considering buying a new iCI Home like in seven pines beware. .
We are more than half way through our build and have had an amazing experience! Kelly has been very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us along the process. Everyone has been very helpful. The builder we were assigned, Tres, is a true professional. We receive weekly updates and he has been accommodating in answering all our questions. We can’t wait to join this neighborhood in the coming months!
