It's a great community. Grill. Picklelball. Tennis. Pool. The staff is nice. Maintenance is amazing. But beware: there are CONSTANT issues with the water pipes. The ENTIRE complex lacked water for 2 whole days 7/22/25 & 7/23! We were suggested to use the pool water to flush toilets! And I'd bet money that It's going to be off again next month. It's a constant issue with the water pipes, and I've been living here for 2 years.

We moved in in April and the water has been turned off three separate times and we have only been here for four months. It has now been off for two days. Dishes are piling up, laundry can't be washed, can't cook certain things, we can't bathe, and we can't flush the toilet. On top of all of that the office just wants us to wait and suck it up. No compensation. It's a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful apartments but the struggle isn't worth it.

While i think the apartment manager Derek is outstanding I can’t understand why the water is always off. The residents are now on the 2nd day with no water. That means leaving home and going to family!s home to shower; using the bathroom at other locations because there’s no water to flush toilet. I escalated via email and telephone but no call back. I really would like to understand why this keeps happening.

Nice neighborhood and lovely staff/amenities, but the recurring issue with the water (off for 36 hours and counting at the time of this review) is becoming a major problem. I reviewed prior communications and see that the water has been shut off on the previous dates as well: 24Oct2024, 29Oct2024, 26Feb2025, 04Mar2025, and 28May2025 all with about 24 hours notice. According to other residents, there is no current plan for reimbursement for hotels and/or plans to provide alternative accommodations beyond using the pool water ... read more

5 stars for Derek in the leasing office. He truly deserves more ! All interactions with this gentleman is a pleasure. He is always so kind , accomodating and pleasant. Not to mention i love living at Seven Pines! Thank you for all you do. Also ,Brian in maintenance is fantastic. He goes above and beyond and takes the extra mile (literally). For example: one day he offered to take my trash to the garbage and i was on my way out to take it myself. That’s just one example. Brian deserves more than 5 stars as well. Wonderful!
