I have used this place many times and NEVER had any issues Chad is absolutely number 1 in customer service
We used this place because they were USDA backed and had a great reputation by word-of-mouth. Our cows were processed in a timely fashion and we got everything we wanted as far as cuts. Return time was good too. I had to take a star off though because we found bone in nearly all of our ground beef. I have 2 children under the age of 3 so I had to stop feeding them the ground beef. I wish it weren’t the case, but we will be finding a different butcher because we can’t take that kind of risk with our littles.
