This was not home care. This was publicly funded incompetence delivered through my front door. The level of whining, excuse-making, nitpicking, and outright laziness I experienced was unbelievable. Staff complained about empty cat food tins, small bags of cat litter, cardboard boxes, garbage, and anything else they could possibly turn into a problem. I like how it's not really busy at this office location and quite safe compared to Rorie office. The staff is friendly, but you have to get straight to the point as they seem to grow impatient due to having other things needing to be dealt with. Overall I like this office, it's okay.

Went here last year sometime with my friend, the lady I met with was a bit older and had an accent and she was very rude and left me with the impression of judgement, then went and gave me some birth control pills and they made my mental health really bad, I had never been that depressed in my life.
