I’d rate this no star if I could. I feel like my race and the issue I’ve come to this place for which is pretty serious and I’ve been left to lay on 2 chairs in a room for 3 hours while people who came in after me and some people I’ve never seen in the waiting room come and go like flies and I’ve been here for 7 hours. I feel totally embarrassed and ashamed and being felt like my health or life isn’t worth their efforts at all. What a terrible place to go if you’re experiencing a medical emergency. I was so happy to be called after two hours , only to be put in a room for 8 hours with no doctor checking on me, and then to hear a staff member yelling at a patient, “ be happy your in the room , it’s half the battle, there’s only one doctor on duty. It needs to be shut down. I was grossly misdiagnosed and treated extremely poorly by the Urgent Care doctor and nurse November 2024. I came in with a suspected gallstone attack to be left alone in a room for multiple hours in agonizing pain. The only thing I received was a pain reliever to then be treated like an addict. I was later sent home being told my medical emergency was due to cannabis consumption. There was no X-ray, ultrasound, or bloodwork ordered to confirm my medical concerns.
