Absolutely unacceptable. Staff are rude and disorganized. There’s only one doctor, causing insane wait times — I waited 15 hours. Four hours ago I was told there were 2 people ahead of me, now suddenly it’s 3. No honesty, no accountability. Staff even said they were running out of basic needs for patients who’ve been waiting all day. This is not healthcare. Avoid this place.
Got to the hospital at 2 a.m., Dec 29. Triaged. Nurse who triaged me was nice, efficient, respectful. Nurse on the other window seems like she hated her job so much she is lashing out on patients. 7 oaks HR please check on her. Glasses, light yellow lab gown, caucasian on duty between 2 a.m. - 7 a.m Dec29. Unnecessarily rude to patients especially indigenous.
