I had an outstanding experience at this jewelry store! I was greeted by Nathan, who is a very outgoing and friendly consultant. He spent time getting to know my kids and showed interest in their many many stories ha ha! I was also happily greeted by Laura who repaired the necklace for me. I walked out of the store in less than 30 minutes and was charged a more than fair price for the repair. They have absolutely earned my business for the future. Great service, great price and small town kindness.
I had a bracelet repaired. They said it would take two weeks, but I got it back in just two days! Great craftsmanship and customer service.
