I called them to see if they could repair my wedding band that one of the stones had fallen out of and clean my engagement ring. They quoted me such a fair price for the ring repair and cleaned my engagement ring for free! When I came back in to pick up my wedding band, one of the stones I had provided was kind of a different and "off" color compared to the rest.
