Maintenance rocks! They’re very helpful and friendly.
This a wonderful community to live . The new maintenance guys are great . Are property manage is such kind person will always help you . They have made this property a great place to live .
Maintenance is extremely hard to get into touch with. They won't tell you when they are showing up either they just come unannounced, and if you have too many problems with your apartment they will just stop showing up altogether. They have rodent and pest issues that still have yet to be addressed in multiple units and before someone moved in, kids had been breaking into the empty apartment to smoke marijuana and had left all of their trash and filters everywhere.
