The front office staff is a disgrace. They are lazy and dont know how to do their job. They are rude and so air headed they are sick with power. Your rent payments will not be processed correctly, then will issue you a notice of non payment with late fees and additional charges even though you bank has clarified the funds were available. Very sad to give this place 1 star, I have spoke with the owners of the property and things will never change. I wouldn't expect much more than what is listed below. The standard of living is mournful. The owners and property managers care more about money than quality standards or the actual people of the community. They will turn over a unit in what they think is an acceptable 4 days and have an extensive list of things that need to be addressed after you have moved in. The leasing team is the best! They are on top of everything, they stick to their word and they do what they say they’re gonna do. Which is very hard to find. Maintenance is on top of every work order thank you guys so much for being a great office staff.
For starters, on my way to the office to sign my lease I received a phone call letting me know they suddenly leased the unit I viewed and we had agreed upon to someone else. Phenomenal. I inquired last year about a garage and was informed that I was next in line for this particular garage. I checked the status of this today as the occupant is moving out & come to find out the incompetent office person did not document our conversation at all and already leased it out to someone else out from under me… again.
