The leasing team is the best! They are on top of everything, they stick to their word and they do what they say they’re gonna do. Which is very hard to find. Maintenance is on top of every work order thank you guys so much for being a great office staff.
For starters, on my way to the office to sign my lease I received a phone call letting me know they suddenly leased the unit I viewed and we had agreed upon to someone else. Phenomenal. I inquired last year about a garage and was informed that I was next in line for this particular garage. I checked the status of this today as the occupant is moving out & come to find out the incompetent office person did not document our conversation at all and already leased it out to someone else out from under me… again. I lived here for 5yrs and I loved it. I never had any issues with the place. My son still lives there and it's easy access to his job in Lewisville and he has been there 6yrs
