Rippling Stream Townhomes is an AMAZING complex/property! The leasing office staff from the Leasing Agent Hillary, to Quita the Assistant Property Manager, to Fabi the Property Manager! Maintenance requests are resolved in a timely manner and Fabi goes the extra mile to ensure that residents are well pleased and their concerns are heard. Scheduled a tour visits to see the apt and waited for 30 min for someone to get to the office. This lady came from across the street yelling asking how can she help me. I told her I scheduled a tour and they confirmed my apt time several times over text and email. She opened the leasing office door and started saying “ we don’t have anything available at the moment” I told her I drove 50min to see the apartment and that why do they schedule tour visits if they don’t have anything available.
