After applying, I received no actual human contact, and in fact, after living here for three months, have only been able to call the office and have them answer once. We pay for a renovated townhome, and the ac broke 2 months after move in and has yet to be fixed. We received one small window unit to cool an entire townhome. There is also a hole in the bedroom door at movie in that had been painted, no bottom shelf to the fridge and the deli drawer is still broken.
