I hired Seven Mechanical for a $3,600 repair on my condo in May which has been paid for via e-transfer as they requested. However, to date, they have refused to provide me an invoice and receipt that I need for taxes. I have emailed customer care twice over a month and no response back. I have called and spoken to someone who confirmed he would get the receptionist/customer care to provide the receipt and she still has not. We use Seven Mechanical regularly to solve all the issues we cannot solve; and they have been excellent every time they visit. Special thanks to Drew for his professionalism and expertise. We always appreciate you coming in to fix our many diverse plumbing issues and the technical knowledge you provide us. At the office talk to Shea, she's excellent too! Seven Mechanical have best service people. Drew Dykeman came for repair and replace some parts and he did fantastic job. I really appreciate his commitment to provide best customer service.

Stay away from Seven! I went for a job interview and was told I got it and they were sending me an offer letter. Then 2 days go by and no letter, when I asked where the letter was they said they changed minds. After I turned down multiple jobs as I thought they would stick with their word. Very unprofessional!
