I hired Seven Mechanical for a $3,600 repair on my condo in May which has been paid for via e-transfer as they requested. However, to date, they have refused to provide me an invoice and receipt that I need for taxes. I have emailed customer care twice over a month and no response back. I have called and spoken to someone who confirmed he would get the receptionist/customer care to provide the receipt and she still has not.
