We stayed at Ballpate Inn (now Seven Keys) in late July. I love historic hotels and lodges and have stayed in many; they all provided good property descriptions on their websites. Not so with Ballpate Inn. If you want a place with 3 common toilets and showers down the hall (shared by 20 or so guests) and narrow steep stairs just to get to the 12 sleeping rooms floor, this is your place. Mark and Meredith are wonderful people with an amazing family.The care they showed to our family was a true blessing. Ella was the best hos telling us the inside information on the area. I highly recommend staying at the Seven Keys.
