I love my triage Nurse Amy at the Florence, KY location. She is amazing, always calls you back and goes above and beyond to answer your questions! Just love her!

I’ve been a patient here for years! The staff has always been so nice to me. Dr. Leques is amazing and listens to everything I come in to discuss! She always makes me feels so comfortable during my visit!

West fork office is the best! Cheyenne is my primary midwife, but Elizabeth delivered my daughter. The dream team. Knowledgeable, comforting, attentive and kind!

They do not care about their patients. Never return phone calls. I had a biopsy and called their office and left messages, no one ever called me back. Finally got in touch with someone 2.5 weeks after the biopsy and was told “no news is good news”. I told her not when the doctor is looking for cancer. Now it’s been 5 weeks and I get a call today to give me my results. I told her I already got them, she tells me nothing was put in my chart, so they didn’t know I had talked to someone. My experience is: doctors unwilling to help with pain, symptoms or referrals; nurses are rude with no patience or listening skills, they interrupt and talk down to you; billing unable to get insurance information corrected after multiple occasions. I’ve been lied to about what information I provided to them (or what they received) and when. Very grateful I decided to leave this practice even though I’m still dealing with the billing department’s incompetence.

Was going there during pregnancy. On call doctor did not show up on the labor and delivery even though the labor lasted 7+ hrs. During the labor, when we got to the North Bethesda hospital, there was a line of pregnant women and I had 4 in front of me, waiting in the lobby and the hospital had no available rooms for us, without ETA. It was terrible. Do not recommend to anyone Seven hills and North Bethesda for pregnancy and delivery.
