I just delivered my first baby in October. I went to the offices in Edgewood and can't say enough good about my experience. Everyone I encountered were very helpful through out the whole process as well as Dr. Jackson who delivered my baby. I had (what I believed to be) a very easy and pain free delivery. He made me feel as comfortable as possible and took great care of me! I would recommend this group to everyone!
I had a great experience at the Edgewood location, the staff was very friendly and the doctors treated me with respect and actually took the time to talk to me! Highly recommend.
office staff and Dr Jackson uncaring and unprofessional
So where to begin? This is the most unprofessional office staff I have ever encountered. The only thing they are good at is deleting Facebook post. I will be reporting this office to the BBB and other outlets for the way they treat their patients! Worst experience I have ever encountered. Simply horrific!!!!!
Great care during my pregnancy. Felt like I was in good hands with all the doctors I saw during my pregnancy. Loved having Dr. Leques as my delivering doctor. I developed some complications during labor, but Dr Leques and my nurses at Good Sam were calm and reassuring. Had a wonderful birth experience.
