I actually had a great visit (unlike some of the previous reviews) The NP and front desk were very nice! The Dr was very nice too, great bed side matter and tried to converse. She was thorough and very easy mobile checkin too.

I am sharing my experience so women won’t fall at this practice for identity theft. Long story short: The practice requires you to pay a co-pay and fill out all insurance forms at the point of entrance (relatively normal, other than paying a co-pay before even seeing the doctor but that’s not the worst part yet). Once they have all your insurance information they file claims on your behalf even if you didn’t have a visit/procedure. Which is what they did to me. (This is insurance fraud). I initially came for a visit but, the... read more

A major issue with time management. A video call was scheduled but didn’t happen, and a couple of hours later, an assistant called and said, "Sorry, there were connectivity issues," although I'm sure that wasn't the case. Fine, they rescheduled it for the next day, but again, no one joined the call within 30 minutes, and we were waiting the entire time. In my opinion, this is unprofessional and poorly organized.

I wish I could give Dr. Prisacaru ZERO stars after my traumatic experience with her. She is by far the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever had an experience with. I had visited her office to have a benign cyst checked out which she suggested performing a procedure to remove. A few weeks after the procedure I had persistent issues so I went back in to see her. They refused to see me due to my insurance having a LARGE outstanding balance, which I was unaware of. Apparently Dr. Pisacaru wrote the procedure up as a cosmetic pro... read more

If I could give Dr. Prisacaru 10 stars, I absolutely would! A few months ago, I came to her with severe pain, and she not only diagnosed me but also got me the surgery I needed. I already feel a thousand times better! Dr. Prisacaru is incredibly kind and compassionate, and her entire team is dedicated and hardworking. I’m so grateful to have such an amazing doctor to turn to.
