I was referred to this doctor and her practice by a friend, who was a surgical patient, and had great things to say. After many experiences with other Ob/Gyns, I finally found the one I continue to see. Doctor Prisacaru has gone above and beyond just about any other doctor experiences I have had in my life. She listens, and really cares about the health of her patients. She has helped me through some scary concerns, which weren’t even within the scope of gynecology. Her communication through the portal has been top notch - e... read more

Dr. Prisacaru is truly exceptional. I came to her seeking relief from chronic pain and extremely heavy periods that I had been dealing with for many years. Dr. Prisacaru was the only doctor who genuinely took the time to listen to me, actually believe what I was experiencing, and commit to finding a solution. That level of compassion and attention is incredibly rare, especially in Texas. Dr. Prisacaru was able to quickly narrow down the root of the problem and put together a clear treatment plan. After undergoing surgery (wh... read more

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who values clear communication, timely care, or basic reassurance. ⸻ 1. Poor doctor‑patient communication I came in to discuss long‑acting birth‑control options, specifically an IUD. Because I have a history of heavy, irregular periods, I needed a frank conversation about risks and benefits. Instead, the doctor was curt and dismissive. Her indifference left me feeling unheard and unsafe, so I switched to Nexplanon. 2. Month‑long supply delay Seven Hills does not stock Nexplanon on‑sit... read more

I’m shocked by how I was treated by Dr. Prisacaru. She does not deserve any stars but EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW THIS. What started as a hopeful step in my fertility journey turned into one of the most dismissive and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a healthcare provider. After following her instructions and completing all the blood tests, I noticed one of the test was missing. When I respectfully asked about it, I received no real explanation. Then without warning, she canceled my follow up appointment but didn’t b... read more

Dr. Prisacaru replaced my IUD recently and it was a great experience! When I initially had my IUD placed, I was never offered any kind of pain management at all. The nitrous oxide really helped with anxiety and a bit of the discomfort. It was super fast to remove + insert a new IUD. I did not experience any issues with billing either. 10/10 recommend.
