Just a heads up for anyone considering renting from this company: we’ve been dealing with a broken A/C for over 3 months and have submitted 14 maintenance requests for the same issue. Today’s “repair” was simply changing the air filter, and the unit froze up again almost immediately. We’ve repeatedly reported the same problem, but it continues to happen. We just want a properly functioning A/C unit and a permanent repair instead of temporary fixes. Renters deserve safe, livable conditions, especially during a Georgia summer.... read more
