Incompetent billing practices, zero accountability, and sent to collections. Avoid! I am writing this to warn others about the sheer incompetence and complete lack of accountability from this office. Dr. Venkatesh was in-network for us, but the staff carelessly sent my husband's lab work to an out-of-network laboratory without our knowledge or consent. Great office, very helpful, clean!
I had a fantastic experience at Seven Hills Medical Center. The office is newly renovated and looks amazing. It is incredibly clean and has a very calming atmosphere, complete with nice spa-type music playing in the background that really helps set a relaxing tone.
