Incompetent billing practices, zero accountability, and sent to collections. Avoid! I am writing this to warn others about the sheer incompetence and complete lack of accountability from this office. Dr. Venkatesh was in-network for us, but the staff carelessly sent my husband's lab work to an out-of-network laboratory without our knowledge or consent.
