I am a delivery driver and I was out in the area located off of hummingbird Trl today (3-16) and while making a delivery an older man pulled up and started taking pictures of the house I was delivering to and of my van and even taking pictures in the opposite direction of the road. The customer I was delivering to said she didn’t know who he was. He looked to be in his 60s has gray hair was wearing glasses and was driving a good colored car. Not a fan of super restrictive policies and heaven forbid you try to have any sense of fun. Security guards run off kids for playing innocently and make up the rules as they see fit. There is no "rules" posted so they can enforce any "rule" they make up. If you want people to follow community standards in public places, maybe you should post them. Don't have the security guards make up arbitrary rules and expect people to follow them blindly.
Absolutely a beautiful place, safe beautiful amenities area safe for kids, lot's to enjoy as a HOA member
