Has anyone been calling but no answer?
Crap
Never respond. Psych doesn’t even listen to me. She’ll ask “are the meds making you get frustrated easily” or whatever. I say “No but I still feel very disassociated. I can’t focus. I feel out of it” (that’s the reason I seeked help) . She’ll say “okay see you in a month. I sent more refills.” Like bro what ? Also they always send the wrong prescription and it’s dang near impossible to get a hold of them.
Whatever you do, do NOT go here. I like my psychiatrist Stephanie, but this place is not good. No one ever answers the phone, no matter what extension you dial. I have left several voicemails and no one calls back or they call back more than a week later. I only had a couple days left of my medication and they assured me that they would help me figure it out and never called me back. Been misdiagnosed here... one time they sent my child away claiming that he was only pretending to be sick because he didn't want to go to school went to the hospital later that day turns out he had pneumonia which is one reason why I stopped going there took him and I both out however the behavioral health there is pretty good some of the therapists are very nice but good luck trying to get a hold of anybody I have been trying to call for 3 days left messages no call back to make any kind of appointments
