After going to this medical practice since it started, I will not be back if I can help it. The exception would be to see Dr Yocom and Dr Chow. Out of all the doctors, and I’ve seen all of them, Dr Yocom is the best doctor. She is Kind, patient, understanding, relaxed, reasonable, and she listens and looks for a medical solution. The other doctors are by majority disappointing and in at least 2 cases i experienced should be reported to AHPRA. I’ve seen Dr Alisa Yocom for almost a year now, and I leave every appointment genuinely grateful—not just for her knowledge, but for the way she listens with care and responds with such thoughtfulness. She’s kind, never rushed, and seems deeply committed to finding what will truly help. The reception staff and other doctors I’ve seen at the clinic have also been consistently warm, professional and supportive. It’s a beautiful practice in every regard.

Horrible wait times and no empathy or understanding for patient time. Staff very unhelpful and unable to assist with basic needs. Very arrogant and unhelpful medical staff.

Blessed to have found such a good doctors surgery .I have been seeing Colleen Jenkins for a long time now and she's incredible. Very thorough, professional, compassionate and has helped me a great deal throughout the years going above and beyond to ensure my well-being. The office staff are also fantastic and always so helpful and attentive. 💌
