Anamarie Estrada, an employee, leaked my personal information by email to everyone who has ever signed up for their newsletter! This is so unprofessional and a complete violation of HIPPA! I would never recommend coming into this office, unless you are ok with no regard to your personal information. I have filed a formal complaint with the Department of Health and the Nursing Board.
