Dr Peter Ploch and Sarah are Class A From appointments in the office to visits in the Hospital. He has the best bedside manner of any Physician at Centra. He is so detailed in explaining everything and even uses his art skills to better explain what is happening and what the process will entail. If you need surgery ask for a referral to this office I promise you… you won’t be disappointed. They are the best and I highly recommend this Doc and his nurse Sarah!!!!!
Dr. Ploch was excellent. I've heard surgeons can be arrogant, but in his case I believe he is just confident in his abilities which is certainly something you want in a surgeon. He was very professional, thorough, and communicated everything very clearly. I found him to be compassionate and friendly. Would highly recommend!
Condescending, demeaning - lacking compassion when I genuinely needed it along with surgical advice. If I could have given him a “ZERO” instead of one star, I would have.
Dr. Ploch and staff were exceptional. Dr. Was great at explaining everything. He took his time and listened to all of my concerns as well. Thanks for excellent care Dr. Ploch and staff it's greatly appreciated 😊.
To be real honest, this surgeon probably saved my life. I had been having abdominal pain for close to 3 years. Dr. Peter Ploch and his staff were superb. I had surgery on Nov. 28, 2022 to remove a colon stricture that was caused by years of acute diverticulitis. Dr. Ploch was very professional and explained everything in common sense terms.
