We could not have asked for a better realtor than Kathy Wren. She was incredibly helpful, responsible, and knowledgeable. She pointed out things to look for that we wouldn't have thought of, and she answered all of our many questions. She interacted professionally with other selling agents, and helped us put in 3 offers, the last of which was accepted.
