I’ve been residing at the Estates of Seven Fields for nearly a year now and the girls that are currently working in the front office have provided the most helpful service I could ask for. Abbigail Kaufman and Marisa Solarte specifically! They have assisted with every situation that’s come up and had a smile on their face while doing so. I know the leasing office isn’t an easy place to navigate or manage so shout out to them for the outstanding service!!
We enjoyed our stay there and felt very safe. Also we are so very grateful for the current manager who helped our autistic son when the school van dropped him off at our old townhome by accident.

Jolayne takes advantage of sick people and ruins their credit so they can’t live anywhere when they get out of the hospital. Go spend your rent money where the property has empathy - not where they take advantage of people. It is DISGUSTING that she takes advantage of people who are in the hospital - let alone turning them into a collections company, ruining their credit - without ever contacting them ONCE. There’s plenty of better places in the area with less hateful management.
Enjoyed my 18 months with the Estates at Seven Fields. Beautiful grounds and apartments, friendly and helpful staff, and speedy response to maintenance requests. Would recommend this apartment community to my friends, without hesitation.
