Over 50% increase in rent in less than 6 years. They will gouge you on rent with each lease renewal. The office staff are nice and maintenance is quick, but none of that makes up for the insane rent increases. They definitely don’t care about trying to keep tenants. I would have moved away from this place earlier if I could have afforded it at the time. Now I’m living in a place 3 times the size for almost the same cost. I can't stress enough my advice to stay away from this property. The ownership group AR Building has an F rating from the BBB and is uncredited, and after living here for 6 years I know why. There are zero options to communicate with ownership about any issues you have as a resident, so you are limited to dealing with the rude and miserable management staff at the office. "Luxury Apartments" more like Luxury Scammers. This community is nothing but money hungry, every month some extra cost will appear on your bill whether it's a marked up water bill, admin fee, or incorrect utility charge, they're guaranteed to take your money somehow. For the price of rent including the recent ridiculous price raise of almost $300 per month, you can find much nicer and better quality amenities around the area. Unfortunately, my time at The Estates at Seven Fields has come to an end. I wanted to take a moment to publicly express my gratitude for Abbie and Marisa. These ladies have provided me the best leasing office experience to date. They are timely, welcoming, professional, helpful and patient. Managing a property is NOT easy and they do it with grace. I am appreciative of my time here and wish you nothing but the best moving forward!!
