I don't have issues with the home itself, but the management is all relegated to a company (AR Building ) that has no interaction with the community at all and has insane policies that cannot be challenged or adjusted. For example, I've lived here for 4 years and have had automated payments set for most of that time. The gas bill has always posted between the 17th and 24th of the month. very helpful and quick to help take care of me and my wife. A newborn and a move is a disaster lol but things have been smooth thanks to quick maintenance. girls in office are very kind too

They’ve both been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout my time here. Whether it’s answering questions, addressing concerns quickly, or just being friendly and welcoming, they truly go above and beyond.
