Unfortunately, my time at The Estates at Seven Fields has come to an end. I wanted to take a moment to publicly express my gratitude for Abbie and Marisa. These ladies have provided me the best leasing office experience to date. They are timely, welcoming, professional, helpful and patient. Managing a property is NOT easy and they do it with grace. I am appreciative of my time here and wish you nothing but the best moving forward!!
I don't have issues with the home itself, but the management is all relegated to a company (AR Building ) that has no interaction with the community at all and has insane policies that cannot be challenged or adjusted. For example, I've lived here for 4 years and have had automated payments set for most of that time. The gas bill has always posted between the 17th and 24th of the month. Because they've warned us in the past about automatic payments being delayed on holidays, I have my payment post on the 26th, to ensure it p... read more
very helpful and quick to help take care of me and my wife. A newborn and a move is a disaster lol but things have been smooth thanks to quick maintenance. girls in office are very kind too
