I have been a resident here and am extremely disappointed with the condition of the property and management’s response to serious maintenance concerns. In October, I reported a cockroach infestation and requested treatment. My concerns were not adequately addressed, and the pest problem has continued. The Estates of Seven Fields has been a fantastic place to live! Jim and Ron are absolutely amazing at their jobs. They’re always incredibly kind and helpful to my girlfriend and me, and they truly go above and beyond. Abbie at the front desk is also super awesome and always makes every interaction pleasant. The townhouses themselves are really nice, well-kept, and very pet‑friendly, which has been a huge plus for us. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience, and we couldn’t be happier here!
