We've tried seven counties twice. And both times, and different locations have severely let us down. Their "24/7" assistance, complete bull. If you're dealing with an emergency, no matter what they say, just call 911. They don't care, and if they did they would be much more help. Even if you're doing everything right, that's all they tell you. "you're doing everything right, I'm not sure what else to do". First time, we tried for 8 months with their services. I wanted to share my experience with the clinical supervisor I met with for my therapy intake. Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience for me. First, she arrived 30 minutes late to our appointment with no explanation or acknowledgment of the delay.
