Was told my daughter had a first time appt, we show up and they tell me there has been a mistake, her therapist isn't there and they to scramble to make other accommodations. Ended up doing a zoom in the office with someone who volunteered to fill in. Frustrating, but no big deal. Set up another appt for a zoom meeting in 2 weeks at 3:00. Called to confirm, lady says, no, it is in person, not zoom. So I drive my daughter to the shelbyville facility, no one in the parking lot. Door is locked and sign says "closes at 12." Seven counties has wonderful peer support my therapist Laura Husband is wonderful. The psychiatrist assumed before asking and wanted to take me off a certain medication without tapering me off first. I felt felt like DR Epersson was trying to antagonize me. I love group therapy. The front desk needs help on being more professional. This is my honest evaluation
Seven counties in shelbyville is amazing. They are so helpful and the therapists there know their stuff. They are very empathetic and supportive and understand the role they play in difficult situations sometimes involving court orders and other entities. STACY IS AMAZING. Thats is all.
