I went for the first time to this office and as they say, first impressions is everything. The office is dark, gloomy and has a very bad smell when you walk in. It made me feel like it was old and dirty. They really need to update this office and give it a good cleaning. I was ready to walk out but my husband said to give the doctor a chance. This is an excellent facility with good doctors. I am highly disappointed with their accounting practices and policies. I was told that need to pay co-pay even If I am not seeing the doctor. I have been taking the shots for the last 30 months, and approved by I doctor that I pay the injection fees and not the office admin fees. But this morning got the surprise when asked to pay the amount of all the pending co-pay.
