Terrible experience with Seven Cities Granite. Had them fabricate and install our kitchen countertops 6/2017. Granite looks dirty all the time despite cleaning with what appears to be watermarks and smudges and scratches. Called Roy, the owner immediately - sent workers out who agreed it looks bad - tried acetone to no avail - Roy will not come out and has made excuse after excuse to avoid dealing with us. Truly abysmal customer service and he does not stand by his craftsmanship.
