My first time at Seven Caves was December 2024. We went to celebrate our friend’s birthday. Seven Caves is located directly next door to Embolden Brewing Company. The signage is small so keep an eye out. The owner, Jeff, is a riot! We did a tasting that was curated by him and our love for libations. He makes all of his spirits himself. Got to experience a tasting with family and friends and all I can say is that it was an amazing time sampling some of the best cocktails I’ve ever tasted.
Geoff is wonderful. They weren't open for tastings but he still came out and talked to us about all the items they make and even mentioned a few places near us in Nevada we could enjoy them. We got a few bottles to try and can't wait to get home to enjoy. Thank you Geoff, we can't wait to come back and see you again!
One of my favorite parts of being a life long chef is that once in a while you run into a golden unicorn. Someone that really takes the time and puts in the effort to make things that are really great. This is Jeff. The rum I bought is aged in oak and mead barrels i think?
