Predatory towing. My son and his girlfriend came out the other night to visit a friend for dinner and they towed the car away after a few hours for parking in covered parking. He said there were few uncovered spaces available. The friend was horrible embarrassed, offered to pay half but we ate it, spent the rest of the money we were going to spend on Christmas presents.
