I have insurance and i Went there for massage therapy and on my invoice they wrote osteopathy and they never told me about this before. They provide me false information and my insurance declined the claim and when i told them they start giving me excuses .. big scammers and fraud. Front desk never explained me anything about this over the phone as well as when i reached there she told me to pay first as she has to leave. First time visited sevayu and it was wonderful experience.
This was my first time at Sevayu and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The reception staff were so warm and welcoming—it immediately set a calming tone. I had my massage with Alisha, and she was absolutely wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and tailored the session to exactly what I needed. Her technique was both relaxing and effective—I left feeling completely refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Sevayu, especially Alisha!
My massage was done by Alisha. She was so good with the pressure and all the points and knots, I literally felt so refreshed and pain relief.
