The doctor always very attentive
I JUST LOVE Facey Medical Group, and I feel very lucky to have this group for my medical needs.My last visit was for a procedure that is not very pleasant, and I am so grateful to Dr Stepanian and his team. I felt their professionalism and compasion.It Is hard to explain and I don't want to go Into the details. I am just GRATEFUL.
He is extremely personable and empathetic to my condition. I always enjoy seeing him. This video visit was unusual as I had to wait 90 minutes before he joined the call. His office staff called me twice during that time but they didn't fallow through with what they said they would do: get back to me about rescheduling vs staying on hold.
Every time I am able to work with Dr. Stepanian, I feel more safe, secure and confident in the care I am receiving. I feel like he really listens and takes into consideration my thoughts and tries to work with me and support me in achieving the best health that I can. He goes above and beyond which motivates me to want to strive for greater health!

I can't say enough good about Dr. Stepanian. I appreciate his approach, his knowledge, the level of calmness and confidence (not to be confused with arrogance because he definitely is NOT that) and that he truly listens and respects me as a person. What a blessing it's been to be able to work with him as a provider, I'm just so thankful! It's incentivizing even, for me to try to be more proactive with my health.
