Very unpleasant experience. I went there yesterday with my 20 months old at around 5-20 pm. The clinic closes at 6PM. My little one had been vomiting and needed medical attention. The receptionist outright refused seeing her saying that we must have come atleast one hour before the closing time. There were no patients waiting and I saw the doctor chit chatting around. I was surprised to hear that there is a $50 charge just to write a prescription for the ankle brace you recommended. I understand clinics are businesses, but I was under the impression that when a medical need is identified during a visit, providing the necessary prescription would be part of patient care. It feels disappointing to be charged separately for something medically advised. I hope you can reconsider or clarify this policy.
I used to be a patient of appletree on earlsbridge blvd, and the service there was not great at all. I switched to Seva medical, and the service has been fantastic so far, especially Dr. Deepak Sangha, he's been exceptionally helpful and excellent in treating me
My one-year-old son had an infection I I went and saw the male doctor that was there and he was able to help me out. The entire process took about 15 minutes. The nurses were very nice and attentive as well and the doctor listened to my concerns. Recommended the right medication and my son got better within 24 to 48 hours. I will be making this doctor. My family doctor going forward.
