Rebecca holds an incredible presence, her space is an oasis, and she is an intuitive and effective MFR practitioner. She truly cares. I recommend her to everyone in my life. I love to gift my loved ones sessions. Myofascial release combined with the yin yoga that she leads have been a game changer for me and I’m so glad to have found her.
I have studied MFR (Myofascial Release) and also received it regularly for almost a decade. I have yet to find a more informed, skilled, effective therapist than Rebecca at Seva Living.
Rebecca's energy is centered, steady and calming. Her studio space is aesthetically soothing and energetically relaxed. Her massage and myofascial work is intuitive, subtly powerful and life-giving. I cannot recommend her enough to folks seeking more space and comfort within their own bodies.
