I came to Mina and Sarah during one of the hardest times in my life. My Nervous system was shot and I was stuck in fight or flight. They sat with me for a long time to discuss everything going on before starting the massage. Between the two of them, my body was able to relax and I was able to get some relief. They are a dynamic duo! I can not recommend them enough!

These two women are truly extraordinary! I am completely addicted to the holistic mind-body transformation they offer. My massage therapist, Mina was incredible. I have had a lot of massages but I think this was up at the top of the list. She was very in tune with me and I felt like a new person when I left. She spent a lot of time getting to know me and she is a great therapist and a really nice person as well.

Thank you Mina for your caring touch! Your patience and attention to detail in finding the spots that were hurting was just what I needed! This is the second time I have gone to Mina for focused neck work- had her spend 90 minutes just on my neck, scalp, shoulders and arms and it was so worth it. I had been getting some tension headaches, knew my tmj was acting up, and having some occasional numbness down my arm from thoracic outlet syndrome and she took her time and gave me exactly the massage I was looking for.
