They are never open. The website says 9:30am. Nope, the signs says 10am. It is now 10:26am and no one is there.
The technician at the salon messed up my eyebrows, making them very thin. I used to have thick eyebrows. I shouldn't have paid for such poor service. This place just lost three customers because of it. Additionally, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, she acted like she didn't understand me.
Have been going here for eyebrow wax and tint never a problem .Today the lady that wax my eyebrows was on her phone the whole time talking over me at one point spot on me while talking on her phone !!! So disgusted!
I stopped by for eyebrow threading. No communication from staff, I asked if there was a list to sign my name & was told "No, and i can sit down" she turned around and helped another person because I didn't write my name down. I just walked out...not gonna waist my time here
