Tried to charge me $11 to repair my lash but WAIT they weren’t own 24 hours! Remember you I been going there since they have open !!!!! The entire lash fell off as if it was a strip ! They have lost my business FOREVER Why pay repay for a service that wasn’t done correctly... “Management is different” But the company is the same �

Worst eyebrow experience at the Hamilton Church rd location in Antioch. I tried explaining to the lady what I wanted done (since it took me 2 months to grow them out) instead she rushed me to sit down and didn't let me finish explaining. As soon as she started threading I knew she had started to over thread the parts I tried to explain to her to be carful with. If you enjoy being skipped in line, ignored, belittled, and acting like your general presence is annoying, this is a great place to have your brows done.
The worse place to go to. Went to get my whole face threated and came out bleeding with a whole bunch of scratches. Poor quality job. No experience. Rude employees.

I'm urging all of my close friends and colleagues at Vanderbilt medical center to never go to Seva on Nolensville rd. Tricia is awful. My inbox is being bombarded with negative experiences.
It was my first time getting lashes--they were really patient with my tears nearly drowning then & the lashes look awesome!!!
