Usually I get a good experience, and the one lady I go to (younger women doesn’t wear glasses) is awesome and careful. The women I went to this time ( older , wears glasses ) gave me a wax burn, and a tear in my skin . Looks like someone scratched my skin off . Right abound my lip. I like the place but this one lady needs to stop doing the work .
