We decided to go with jason cooley from SETX homes. We are first time home buyers and let me just say he was amazing! He walked us through every thing we needed to know about our new home. He was also very welcoming to first time home buyers. Not to mention he even got our report back in a timely manner, and was able to come and do the report within the same day we had called him. You could tell he knew what he was talking about! He is definitely going to be our go to guy for anything along this aspect!!
Jason was a great inspector. Even on a new construction home he caught things my husband and I would not have caught. I highly recommend him for any of your inspection needs! He report was clear and easy to understand and he explained everything in great detail to us.
