So I picked jason because I looked at his reviews and called him and he was down to earth and explained everything in detail and he was quick with a date to inspect the house for me then he did a very through and detailed inspection taking the time to take alot of pictures of all the issues and he went over the report with me telling everything he found wrong or not with the house I think he did a great job and will use him again great job Jason thank you

SETX Home inspectors were amazing. What I liked the most, is the conversation before and after the inspection. He took his time explaining everything he was going to do in detail and did not just want to book an appointment. After the inspection he also went into detail of the entire home. We decided to go with jason cooley from SETX homes. We are first time home buyers and let me just say he was amazing! He walked us through every thing we needed to know about our new home. He was also very welcoming to first time home buyers. Not to mention he even got our report back in a timely manner, and was able to come and do the report within the same day we had called him. You could tell he knew what he was talking about! He is definitely going to be our go to guy for anything along this aspect!!
