Mr. Settle is the most incompetent appraiser I have dealt with during my over 30 years of being in the real estate business. Recently, he "appraised" my house and came-up with an erroneous (out of the hat) house value figure which is about $200K lower than market value and about $150K lower than the tax assessed value. He even didn't bother to check the public records of recent sales in the neighborhood. Please avoid him and save yourself and your family from lots of headache and aggravations.
