I just have to say I have so much love for the folks at Settlers West. I have bought and sold many properties but this was the first time I built from scratch and we bought a piece of land with an incredible view but the buildable area was limited. They produced a home for my family that used all of that buildable area at a price and quality that can not be found elsewhere. Highly recommend them, our home is in the final stages and we couldn't be happier. We worked with other builders and never received the attention I received like I did from them. Fast response when I need them, whether by phone, email or text. They are building a custom home that we designed with no problems. Gabe and Andrew will be building my next project!!!! Great job
