They will come in your home if you do not answer the door. There have been 2 occasions where I was in the shower or changing and I did not answer the door. So the guys just walked right in with their key. Inappropriate. We had a mold issue. All they did was wipe it off with a rag and spray paint over it. I asked if it was black mold. I got an unsure, "well it might just be mildew." Our air was leaking. Took them weeks to fix. It absolutely soaked our floor and into our neighbors floor. I have been living here with my husband since July. We have had multiple problems since we moved in. We are paying almost 1000 dollars a month with them. The floors do not meet the trim, we have mice and have called and told them. They have not sent anyone out. When we first moved in the living room carpet had glass in bedded in it. Rent goes up every year with no improvements to the grounds or apartments. No maintenance. Office personal are not in during posted hours and some days never show up. Our furniture was destroyed by a moldy ac unit last year and it took them 3 months to get us a new one. The new one did the same thing this year and the issue was never resolved even though we recieved an email stating they fixed the issue even though no one ever showed up.
