They will come in your home if you do not answer the door. There have been 2 occasions where I was in the shower or changing and I did not answer the door. So the guys just walked right in with their key. Inappropriate. We had a mold issue. All they did was wipe it off with a rag and spray paint over it. I asked if it was black mold.
