This was an absolute horrible experience dealing with Dr horton. Came in and loved the model home. Asked if they would sell it. Was told they wouldn't but they had other options. Went out to ft. Lupton and looked at a similar model being built on a corner lot. Decided this was the home. While waiting to see if certain thing were included, I get a text saying someone else was interested and ready to make an offer. Then get a text saying they decided to withdraw their offer. OK cool.
